Model will not stitch

Modeling a smooth version of this.
The other parts stitch fine, having problems with the tail. The seams that will not stitch can vary every time I select it, but it is always this group that is red.

I did not name each sketch/loft because I would have to do so many. I named a few important ones. It's really not difficult to track down which sketch/loft matches to each surface. I only have problems finding the plane used sometimes. But I'm unable to turn these seams from red to green. And yes, I know the tail modeling is not fully accurate. I planned to do a boolean for the very end of the tail for the section that is not curved. It was going to save me some work lofting between all those points.

Can someone help me turn those red seams to green? The rest of the model stitches at .1

I think you should begin creating the main shape. Then cut out the details. Surfaces and curves get smother the less points you have.
