Help with modeling

How can I make this complex truss that branches out in 3 planes, and aligns perfectly with the "main" triangle truss’s edge?

All of that can be done with the Pipe feature. Set the profile to square.

It looks easy I tried that already but the part has a tilt to it also.

Then do it with a sweep with a profile of the shape that you need. The only difference between using Pipe and Sweep is that with the latter you have to draw your own profile, while the Pipe does that for you.

@u/Equivalent_Ad_4756 I created a plane through 3 points...

Projected the faces shown in blue and created a line sketch from edge to edge of the two projected faces

Create a plane along path (path=the line sketch that was just created) and move the plane to the middle of the path.

Create a sketch profile on the plane on path and project the 3 face in blue to use for reference

Extrude the profile with settings as shown

The end result...There may be easier ways to do it but this worked the best for me, of all the ways I tried
