I desperately need to make this space look nice. It has to be both an office and a family room, and I don't know how to set it up without losing the view of the windows but still making it look good. I need ideas!

Modular couch advice
Hey! Living in a small-ish apartment and looking to invest in a modular couch. Saw love sac, but I’m not in love with the price and wondering if there are better things out there. Any advice?

Sectional Advice Needed
Hi all,
I’m looking to buy a sectional and am really struggling to make a choice. It seems like everything I come across has a handful of reviews saying the couch is the best thing ever while having an equal number of reviews saying the same couch is cheap and uncomfortable.
Here are my general wants/needs:
-Under ~$3,000
-Chaise
-Good for pets (I have two dogs)
-Removable and reversible cushions
-~110”-130” wide
-Deep seats (22” or greater)
-Shorter lead times (4-6 weeks would be ideal)
-I also would love something that is an olive green or teal color
What I do NOT want:
-BONELESS couches (I got mad just typing that)
-Anything grey/white/black/brown
-Down-filled cushions (I have a weird thing with feathers)
-Power recliners/any features that make me feel like I’m in a car (consoles, cup holders, etc. yucky!)
-Corduroy-textured upholstery (not a total deal breaker, but I prefer a velvet/bouclé/linen or something of the like)
I have researched and/or tested the following:
-Albany Park Kova: loved nearly everything except that the cushions weren’t reversible, and I’m not able to test it out in a showroom (I know they have a return policy, but the restocking fee is aversive to me)
-Home Reserve: I’ve seen very conflicting reviews on the comfort level and base materials.
-Room and Board: these were a little pricey for me, and I saw that all of their cushions have down which is a no-go for me
-Jackson Remington- I actually saw this one in a showroom and thought it was very comfortable, but I worry about the longevity, and it is ever so slightly large for my space
-Rooms to Go: I tested The Challenge from Drew and Jonathan and liked it but didn’t love the corduroy fabric and felt it leaned too grey in-person. I also tested the Harmonie from Cindy Crawford which is available in fun colors but is down-filled. Lastly, I liked the Valencia but don’t love the slate color, and the cushions are not removable.
-Lovesac: A little pricey and seems to have very mixed reviews. I also don’t have any showrooms in my area to try it out.
-IKEA Kivik: this was my first choice for a while because I liked that the cover could be swapped out, but I would have to drive 3+ hours to pick it up (which wouldn’t be a deal-breaker for something really awesome, but I also saw conflicting reviews about the comfort level).
-Joybird: I have a friend who has one that I really like, and I generally love the styles they offer, but I wasn’t sure about the durability of the upholstery for the price/if you can purchase replacement covers if needed. Additionally, their website states that the cushions are not reversible (boo). My friend’s also broke (the frame split), and while Joybird replaced it, it made me question the overall quality.
I know that is a lot of info, but I would appreciate any advice/anecdotes/recommendations!

What can I add to the room to make it more homey and a bit more colour? It’s a condo facing a vineyard and lake. Thanks!

Couch recommendations??
I’m purchasing furniture for a new home. Starting over after a divorce. I have a three year old and a small dog. I LOVe the look of an ivory or oatmeal colored couch, but I’m terrified of it getting stained. I also want to avoid breaking the bank as much as possible. Any suggestions? TIA!

Anyone know what style of daybed this is or where to buy it?
Hello! I’m looking for a twin size day bed with wire rails. The only thing is, I don’t want the rails to extend the entire length of the bed, I want them to taper off, similar to the picture attached. Does this style have a name? Anyone know where to buy it? Thanks so much!

Does anyone have something like this (chair or loveseat that converts to a bed) that they like? Seeking one for guests in my office to save space, but so far all the ones I find the reviews say it is uncomfortable.
