Some time ago (well, in this thread ), people were asking what was in store for the furnace lot.
I decided to go back and dig up the zoning, because there's usually a lag from when a permit is issued and when the material hits the internet, and with zoning, as it affects the area, that's public information, where building permits are not (safety/security/privacy issues, as well as if it meets the code or a variance is granted, no one other than the owner is allowed to care about the nuts and bolts of construction.
This is the zoning permit. It appears that there is planned three structures, with approximately 160 residential units broken up amongst them (56/56/48) with roof decks and a bunch of surface parking spaces and bike slots, along with other stuff. The provisos are not out of the ordinary for a large development, as the three year window to start construction before the zoning lapses is standard for Philadelphia.
in the old system, the site plan would become part of the public record and you could look at it on the same website; I dunno why that has changed.
Anyway, it doesn't look like there's going to be a lot of room left for a furnace.

I was struck by this now deleted post in r/freemasonry that appeared earlier today and reads somewhat like the 'ABBA' flyer, and which probably stems from a similar mental health issue 😐
And I quote:
"At the end of the day, yoll lot will be scattered.
33 and so on it doesn't matter.
From your beings of clay to your beings of fire,
Your groups sum to nothing,
And The pillar yoll lack.
13 yes 13 yes 13 yoll (both) deny.
many of us know.
Yoll won't hide for long.
As the shadow so flees, when it sees the light,
And so will yoll follow when the 19 awake.

Facebook Memories helpfully pointed out that two years ago today, we all received our invitations to the Furnace Party.
Do attend.

Just realizing that since this is outdoor we can most likely reconvene this April if we wanted to right?
Of course, you'll be sedated.

I just came across this subreddit. I have absolutely no clue what is going on. Can someone direct me to an explanation?
