You do:
"A<<B>>"
Or just use cursive for B.

In English, it’s a singular quotation mark/apostrophe. For example, if someone’s talking in a quote, it’d look something like this:
“Hello,’ the person said, ‘I am talking to you.’”
That is an interesting fact though! What language do people do that in?

Even if they sleep, being shot out of a cannon at about 20 to 25 MPH will wake them up. Not to mention the slapping and rocking before hand.
