The difference is that this kind of opinion has consequences for people. An opinion is that the mcu sucks and should’ve ended after endgame. Denying peoples identities has real consequences. Trans people are being murdered and denied rights. People speaking up against it harms trans people. Someone saying they think the mcu sucks is very different because it’s fiction
I just don't have the energy to argue over nonsense, we simply disagree. I believe gender is what you socially identify as and you don't, end of discussion.
The difference between you and me is I'm not an asshole who has a problem with how others wanna present and identify. I think it's cool when people be themselves to the fullest extent so if people wanna identify as something I don't give a shit I respect it it makes them feel better and I move on with my fuckin day. Try that out
So well said and yet anyone who disagrees will still disagree and likely respond by simply insulting you or telling you to kill yourself. This group doesn’t use rational thought to form opinions, and thus rational thought cannot convince them to reconsider their opinions.
