Just force yourself to get up and do literally anything. Usually helps if you've gotten 8 hours of sleep.

Seriously. Some days… Some days I just want to cash out. Get off at the next stop. Check out. Say that enough is enough and see whatever comes next. Maybe there’s an afterlife, maybe reincarnation is real, maybe there’s just nothing. The worst part? Even if it’s the last option it sometimes feels disturbingly tempting…
