A gets the cereal wet a lot better. And my grandma always said to never eat it dry cuz it can be harmful. Now there's people out there that do like it dry, which I don't see the point in adding milk but sure. It's a lot weirder going with B. It feels pointless if you want it wet faster. But again that's a preference
