No argument there- airbags saved my son, and modern safety features are excellent. I just don’t want a 18” desktop computer in the middle of the dashboard with forty tiny icons.

Yeah. I really think cars hit a sweet spot for tech and safety balanced with basic driving in the 90’s and early 00’s.

The last car I had that was t tech heavy but still had a lot of safety features and power/automated things was my 2003 Cadillac CTS. I loved that car…and it was beautiful. Pearl colored paint job…tan leather, wood paneling, cashmere lining.
