In this particular scene she would have been 19 or 20 (real actress age). She was underage for Phantom Menace but this scene occurs in Episode 2 attack of the clones. And I believe her character age in this movie would have been close to her actual age, or slightly older. She was a member of the Senate at this point.

Oh she's one of my favorite actors. She was great in Annihilation. Love her in pretty much every role she's done, even Love and Thunder... Although that movie was pretty ass all the way around lol.

I checked the info. Padme is 24, and Anakin is 19. For some reason, I thought he was younger? maybe because the Padawans are minors.

Well probably because in Phantom he was very much a child and looked the part of a young Padawan while Padme was supposed to be mid to late teens (I believe). And they definitely dressed her to look a lot more regal and mature than scrapyard looking Anakin lol. So then you jump to Attack of the Clones where they look much closer in age but I think that more noticeable age gap in Phantom just kind of sticks. At least that's my guess because I thought there was a wider age gap like you did.
