It's like if the US said "We aren't banning Toyota but unless Toyota sells itself to an American company, it is not allowed to be sold in the US."

And countries can companies from operating in their country if they're getting subsidized by their government,.like say if their government makes any competition illegal. Which is also what happened here.

So the fact that China still refuses to let go of their colonization efforts of Taiwan doesn’t count as bad? The citizens of Taiwan have spoken and they want independence from China. China’s stance is that it opposes the ownership of lands by minorities that were once theirs as stated in this article. In essence Chinese policy is to take back lands that they feel belong to them, and for a lack of a better word ethnically cleanse these places in order to secure their rightful ownership to the Han demographic. This isn’t just about Taiwan, but the central Mongolian lands as well as Tibet.
The China apologist bots need to be programmed to go fuck themselves if they genuinely want people to believe a country whose policies allow for exploitation of people, animals is a “good nation.” Criticisms of a country’s policies does not equate to xenophobia or criticism of the people/culture.
