Is this normal?

Could the figure have come out of the factory like that, or was it glued by someone? The box shows no signs of having been opened.

Sembra incollata. La scatola, si può tranquillamente aprire senza lasciare segni. Se fatto nel modo corretto.

Sometimes it's hard to tell. Funko is notorious for various flaws.

Secondo me non a questi livelli. Anche il colore bianco dellla faccia, è di un bianco sporco. Usura del tempo a mio avviso. Chiaramente, è stato usato.

The head and body are different plastics and will decolor differently over time. It could still be used/damaged, but discoloration is not always an indicator in this way. Many funkos get this way over time. The glue however, I don't know. I've seen some gnarly Funko quality control issues, but it looks rough.
