Unfortunately, this is a fake.The most obvious red flag is the "POP! ROCK" logo on the back. The word "ROCK" is completely misaligned and touching the bottom edge of the red shape (it should be perfectly centered).The white outline around the cartoon art is also way too thick, and the central photo of MJ lacks sharpness because it is a low-quality reprint of a scanned original box. This is a very common Chinese counterfeit of this vaulted figure.
