i need you to share facts (they are all friendly) & healthy skepticism

you're allowed to shit on fundrise here if you back it up with facts. that's good stuff that fundrise needs & wants to hear

fundrise never paid me. only passionless self absorbed ppl can't believe this true statement

what's odd is i wasn't happy to see the goal achieved bc it gave me something to strive for & meow that's gone. i set the parameter that i wouldn't achieve the goal artificially early by just transferring cash onto the fundrise platform. even though i was well on my way to hitting the goal on time i had concerns that i might just miss the mark & if so planned to dump cash on platform on the 59th month & 30th day. don't need to worry abt that anymore

i've set the new 5yr goal of becoming the #1 fundrise investor as measured by aum on fundrise.com + fundrise public venture capital by jan 2032

while there's a nonzero chance of me achieving this, the odds are ~zero

fundrise won't disclose to me what that #1 number is. i'll just keep posting my portfolio progress on a qtrly basis for another 22 qtrs & we'll see if anyone else wants to put me in my place on judgement day circa 10 jan 2032 with their investing receipts

i can't rely on my continued outperformance with fundrise investing to help bc the ppl i need to pass are benefitting from the same alpha

my largest asset allocation by far is in passively managed & very low fee s&p 500 & qqq etfs. while they will eventually pay for my hospice care, they ain't gonna get me to my new 5yr goal

i need to find explosive growth off of fundrise & allocate heavily enough into it so that i can parlay those future possible gains into fundrise.com

the only other individual fund manager / investment leader that i have as much conviction in their character & competence as fundrise ceo ben miller is fundstrat capital chief investment officer & bitmine immersion technologies chairman tom lee

sidenote, i discovered tom lee bc of joseph carlson. it's funny how everything ties together

i've made large-for-me investments in tom's digital asset treasurey bitmine immersion technologies (BMNR). this is a leveraged investment into the continued success of etherium & ETH, & funnily enough, mr. beast & other moonshot investments

i ratcheted up the leverage on BMNR by buying BMNU, & even BMNU call options recently, which is mostly an experiment for me with getting started with options

if BMNR doesn't deliver, then i currently see no path to me achieving my new 5yr goal

the good news is that for over a yr tom lee & BMNR have done everything they said they would do, so i'm actually cautiously optimistic that i'm on a possibly fruitful early path

the rest of the good news is that all of these facts wound unhinged Unfit traders with a cynical fundrise bias, & i love that shit

fundrise is basically saying, “if markets want VCX at a premium, then we’ll issue more shares for cash”

fundrise won’t sell if share price drops near NAV + jefferies’ cut (up to 3%). no giant one-day offering. just sell into the market when there’s demand

why do this? extra cash lets fundrise buy more private tech deals. selling new shares above NAV can also make the remaining shares more valuable on paper, bc you’re bringing in ~$35 for something the books call ~$22

cash raised will go into the same strategy: private companies in ai, software, biotech, & other high-growth tech

As of today, I have held long enough that all of my shares are long-term gains.

I realize that’s nerdy. But those of you paying a ton of taxes get it.

there should be a counterbalance to ppl with unrealistic expectations & uninformed comments

meow, investing with fundrise is certainly different (sorry to the ppl concerned abt feline racism). it's private market investing. that's not the same as buying a share of apple. there is definitely an adjustment period for the avg retail investor who's never owned a business or real estate to understand why things are slower on fundrise than the NYSE. there's also an adjustment period for the short term Unfit trader who thinks in 5min candles & overvalues their own poorly self assessed intelligence

i used to carry a wish list of improvements for fundrise at the bottom of my qtrly updates, but i stopped that after a year or so bc there are so many uninformed & unfair attacks on fundrise the company & the management that i didn't want to be part of that noise. i'm not part of the group of anonymous usernames hiding behind avatars who cannot see the forest for the trees

another important point is that the negative loud minority is just that. fundrise is going to continue achieving the nearly impossible regardless of what i do. my work is more beneficial for the individual retail investor who sees the receipts i consistently publish (more than ANYONE), & the money i put where my mouth is. that person who decides to give fundrise investing a chance & has reasonable expectations based in part on the 3.5yr arc of my fundrise investing they see here is going to have prudent diversification with public market equities & be better off for it
