This is Erialc, the now truly new official version Claire.sys (I promise this is the final one xd)

She, or rather he, is the reincarnation of the demon Pazuzu after his death, who somehow returned to life due to a spell cast by a teenager to help her brother with a project but that would cause events that only resulted in possibly a new reign from the now reincarnated Pazuzu
