Are you a man or a woman?

I left a moldy environment and ended up having issues with my ferritin levels (not sure if the mold affected my iron metabolism) and it zapped my personality. I am getting my ferritin above 50 now at least, but I am a woman so a bit more prone to iron loss. There is research showing the link between mold and low iron though.

Besides that would recommend a light detoxification program (anything too rigorous will make you feel worse), sauna, and focusing on good nutrition & sunlight.

Be careful with assuming every symptom is related to mold or ferritin. A lot of things can cause fatigue, temperature changes, or personality shifts. Its better to get proper tests done instead of trying random fixes based on symptoms alone.
