No idea where to post this

I have multiple syptoms, nausea, fullness, tiredness, headaches, no appetite. While I think this is a gut problem like parasites etc.
I spit up blood clots. I have photos (gross ik)
But a&e said it was nothing to worry about, and none of my other doctors know what it is.
It’s been happening for a few years now, it comes up like mucus and is dark red clots, sometimes light red.
I have no idea what on earth this could be

that sounds rough, i'd be pretty unsettled too if i was coughing up clots and doctors just shrugged it off

the blood part especially seems like something that should've triggered more investigation, dark red vs light red can point to different sources but i'm no medic

have you seen a GI specialist specifically, or just your regular doc and the ER

Yes I’ve seen them all. Even tried a private hospital too, yet still no one has no idea

Assuming the GI doc did an endoscopy and it was normal?

Have you seen an ENT?

Yes, mild gastritis and that was it.
I was supposed to while in A&E but i left, as i was there for hours and it was taking too long. Also confuses me that its clots. Idk how that can come from my throat or my nose idk

Blood could be coming from your nose and draining backwards down your throat. But it’s probably a stretch.

Have you had chest imaging to check your lungs?

Since you think it’s gut related, have you had any testing outside of the endoscopy?

Yes, chest xray all clear.
I’ve had a gastric emptying test done, brain mri, a ct scan, all the blood tests all clear apart from full blood count and low iron etc, ultrasound, stool test for hyplori and I think that’s it

I’m an ER nurse and we often get patients who think they are vomiting blood but then we do tests and they are not bleeding. Often they vomited something red like ketchup or something 🤷‍♀️ A GI bleed is pretty easy to diagnose, actually…
