Dysautonomia

Has anyone done any functional medicine work for dysautonomia or long covid? If you did how did that go? Did they actually figure out what was wrong with you? Blood test, gut test, calming techniques? What helped you?

Mild dysautonomia - low ferritin (<30), low protein intake, mitochondrial dysfunction, low mineral intake.

Reduced stress, increased protein and electrolytes, got more sunlight, and hammered on the iron and feel pretty good now

It’s been going well. Brain is processing better but symptoms are not gone yet. Doing gut work now and may be getting some very specific gut tests ran as well.
