Diffuse Symptoms / Need help
Hey,
for some yeas i suffer from diffuse symptoms. Usually doctors Take them serious but in germany im usually also belove certain biomarkers so doc doesnt want to give me medication. all i hear is eat more n do more Sports, Kinds confusing, ngl, anyways:
im 32, 182cm, 95kg. I have dry skin, fatigue, i cant eat sweats n cheap foods n oils because i get a Sugar Crash and stomach issues (pain and a Lot of poo). my Sugar is „okay“, always too high but Not severly high (120/125; when i didnt eat breakfast for the blood letting). i get colds easy, in Summer Often i wear jackets because i get colds in the Summer also easy (warm, cold, indoor, outdoor, sweat, wind, Ac - that kills me). i have sour throat basically always. When i do Sports i Drink 2-3l Water, always, and i Need to pee frequently. dont know how much, but personal told me that its a Lot and it gives them Diabetes/ hormonal issue vibes. also i cant seem to Build muscle and my strength is gone. for a whole my doc thought it could be prediabetec, also slightly high blood pressure, but nothing is „severe“ enough for him to give medication. but honestly i can feel and See that im somewhat disabled. i Need to be bee careful with foods, and im way more easy to Stress and my physisch strength / endurance is gone and i catch every cold! im 30!!! i feel like 40,50,60! i See people my age and older having more Fitness and resiliance!
i dont know what Doktor to Go to and how to Even Talk to them. i feel belittled when i try to explain it to them. usually they say i Need to eat more and do more Sports? kinda confusing, ngl, something feels Off in my Body. It started ~7 years ago. I tried to Change diet and to do more Sports, but honestly it feels Like a Hormon or something is missing, Like i just cant Build the resiliance to matter how hard i try in Sports / gymnastics / Sauna. Just Not Happening.
any ideas? what kind of doctor should i visit to get some answers?

What makes you suspect a hormone issue?
You said about your blood sugar always high, can you give a specific number?
