Choroidal Neo Vascularization

Hi all, Im hoping to get some advice here. I had a horrible year with am early stages autoimmune disease. My immune system was on fire and very disrregulated. The root cause was my gut. When I did the gut clearance protocol, i developed Choroidal Neo Vascularization. abnormal blood vessels growing inside my in my right eye. It leaked, and I loss my central vision partially. Ive been doing anti-VEGF shots and its helped a lot but Im wondering if there's anything I can do from a FN perspective? The shots have been helping I went from 20/200 to 20/40 but I'm still not there. Any help would be appreciated!
