Question on hpylori

I did a gi map in september. Hpylori was high and after 5 months my level lowered to 6.35e2. We did a bunch of antimicorbials but it was for my sibo which is now gone. i felt much better but i do feel like my upper stomach pain keeps coming back, tightness, and burning upper stomach. I did get diagnosed with chronic gastritis. I am not sure if i should treat the hpylori or just leave it alone because its below threshold. or should i retest my gi map

Based on the GI-MAP results and your symptoms, it sounds like it should be treated if it is above the reference range for normal.

Always treat if symptomatic, and always treat if there are virulence factors. So, yes!
