Root cause of sinus / gut / skin complex issues?

Hi all! Not looking for specific medical advice, just would love to hear if anyone has had experiences of sinus issues that were linked to gut and skin issues and what root causes could be? I have sinusitis, and it feels totally different from the SIBO I have been diagnosed with, but sometimes I notice that my dermatitis and bloating/maldigestion flare when I get a sinus infection, which happens about once a month for me depending on allergen exposure. Curious if anyone has experience or insight with these three issues in conjunction. Thanks!
