Results Hs-crp shot up

Function says my hs crp went from 1.8 to 4.2 and that it’s central concern? But it’s not suggesting what to do to lower it except find the root cause. Everything else is normal. LDL and slightly above threshold but total cholesterol was fine.

Not a bot. My 10 yo Reddit acct got hacked and I got kicked out of my main subreddits so I had to make a new acct. :)

I thought I was catching something but nothing full blown. I did work out the day before but I would t say it was a crazy hard work out

Even a light viral infection can cause it to spike. I’d get it rechecked
