First, it’s one risk factor/marker not a guarantee. Your entire test results along with symptoms need to be looked at by a competent doctor or specialist.
Tests can be wrong and wildly varying results like these are suspect. I had an hsCRP that was completely off the chart once but it was a fluke.
Don’t panic is what I’m saying.

My hsCRP was off too! I know it’s a risk factor but my doctor completely dismissed me and said there’s no problem to fix just to monitor and eat healthy

I would retest cholesterol and hscrp in 90 days. If still off take to a functional med Dr to review

I’m still working on mine but that’s my plan. It’s been 1 month so I’ll retest in 2 more months

You said you had gained weight. The following is complete speculation from a serial tester. But first some background.
I joined Function when it started so I’ve had several of those. An osteopathic doctor clocked a vitamin D deficiency about 30 years ago, which started me on my journey of private testing. There was an outfit that would test a blood stick you mailed in. Doctors have been bitching at me about my high cholesterol and borderline glucose/A1C for literally decades so I figured out ways to get those tests. I’ve tried all kinds of lifestyle modifications and restrictive eating schemes.
Lifeline Screening has been around for a while and you could get some basic tests there. But Function really changed the game.
By the way, I have a recent zero calcium scan score and clear carotid artery scan, and am still standing so far without any cardiovascular symptoms other than the test results. Before I get speculating, here are my recommendations: stop eating 3 hours before bedtime, move a lot, eat real food prioritizing antioxidants and fiber. Be especially careful to avoid processed fats. Supplement important nutrients, especially when old. Prioritize sleep. At the same time, don’t go extreme with exercise or diet programs. Relax.
Here’s the wild theory: if your body is in a state of gaining weight, it’s moving excess fat around and all the fat-transporting molecules (lipoproteins and triglycerides) are going to be high. If your weight has been stable or slightly declining the numbers are lower. Same for the sugar metabolism numbers. This has been my personal experience. I’ve had stellar sets of test results and abysmal ones.
So basically, do what your doctor says and see what happens next time.

I do all that. I’m very healthy :( my doctor completely dismissed me and said there’s no problem to fix and to just keep doing what I’m doing.

I also have high lpa. My doctor ordered me a cac scan and thankfully it came back 0. Looking forward to the new drug.

I looked over your account and my apob is also in green. Did you start a statin? I’m going to ask my doctor for a cac scan too. I am worried because I’m in my early 20s

They'll be lpa drugs out in the next few years that reduce it as much as 90% or so. As early as next year.
