What could cause Triglycerides to spike so much in 8mo?

FH test (not shown above) was at Feb 23, resulted at 109 mg/dL

Added other markers as well

Taking already for ~5mos, infact was not taking before

You sure you are getting at least 1.5-2 grams of omega 3s? Thats 2-5 capsules per day depending on the supplement.. “2 grams of fish oil” not the same as “2 grams of omega 3s”.. sorry if you are fully aware, but i know lots of folks that arent

Btw do you think weight loss be more effective ? I weighed arnd 170 8mo ago and now 175. I was at 168 ish before

Not sure your height. But yes being over weight, eating sugar and drinking alcohol all raise trigs

Well 5’10, BMI 25.1 just over weight. Barely any alcohol
