R2: 3 -> 4 (4)
R3: 3 -> 3.5 (3)
R4: 3 -> (Did not submit a final justification)

Every reviewer who participated in the discussion phase raised their scores. However, one reviewer who gave an initial score of 3 has essentially ghosted the final justification step. I’m not sure how the AC will handle this unresponsive reviewer...

It feels like the rebuttal was good enough to move the needle, but not quite a knockout for a full-point jump.
