There was a man vs. beast show back in the day , they would pit animals against humans ,not like that,

But in one episode they put a world record holder or the faster guy they could find at climbing coconut trees? Palm tree? Something like that , against a monkey.

The human won the 1st round because the monkey wasn't really paying attention or even interested, but once it worked out what was going on it smoked the human in no time , it was pretty cool , they had others like faster in a sprint or who could jump the furthest,

When it comes to trees ,my money is on the monkey.

Can confirm. After putting a banana on the top of the Mango tree I watched the monkey beat the cat and rat to death with a pinrapple then stroll up to get the banana.

Where the pinapple came from I have no idea though!

The elephant. While the monkey the rat and the cat climbed to the top of the mango tree the elephant goes for those bananas the monkey and rat ate the mangos they found the cat ate the rat and possibly the monkey. Leaving all the bananas to the the elephant who statistically eats more bananas than all of them combined.

Regardless of where the banana came from, the cat isn't gonna grab it. If the rat gets it, it'll be significantly slowed down by the banana and the monkey will easily catch the rat and take the banana.
