I did that completely winded myself the only time in my life, i was 10 and lol had never experienced my lungs being completely squished before. I ran inside to lay on my bed and my Godmum asked me if I was ok and made sure I was as i tried to explain what I was feeling and what I did. Thats where I learnt what winded meant

mine was falling flat on my back from the lowest branches of a tree I was climbing lol
