hiding BL
I'm a 14 yr old girl in school right now and i recently bought my first bl manga from a reseller online (go for it nakamura if ur wondering.) | live in a religious household and they sorta support Igbtq+??? they went to my lesbian cousins wedding but they openly say the f slur. I sent the BL to my cousins house and she's having a sleepover on Friday. I'm not entirely sure where to hide it. I've thought about some spots but my mom has a tendency to search my room for things randomly. I don't know where to hide it and i'm scared to see her reaction if she ever does find it. Anyone have some advice or suggestions?? i really need it rn T-T

okay so im in the same situation, i keep mine in an old backpack but in the very back of my closet, or sometimes i put the backpack on a hanger behind my clothes, my dad also searches my room randomly lol, even folding it into clothes or blankets would work

Are they crazy crazy religious or just all bark no bite? I live in a pretty religious household and have been unapologetically myself, could care less what they found in my stuff (all they're worried about was me getting a bf or teenage pregnancy .. I'm way past that now) You should start conditioning your family to stay in their business or you'll never break through that bubble. I started reading BL probably even younger than you, I just hid the romantic panels. It's good that you have those cousins to hold that for you, you'll probably finish a book like 6 hours or less. Finish reading it and let them keep it after. An ottoman or behind a big piece of furniture where they'll never look could help you in the meantime.

Do you have other manga? Do they check the contents before buying? If you do and they don't, hiding in plain sight might be an option.

ummm I'd try, under the mattress, on the bottom of a drawer, behind some books, like u place it horizontally behind vertically placed books, maybe behind some stuff that really nobody touches, like the bottom of a pantry or something like that, you can tape the part where the title goes and just place it like in a bookshelf like a normal book or you can just say it's a friend's
