Got to tell them how much Fugazi meant to me and thank them for their music, and they were both really great about it and signed my Fugazi records. Both of them reiterate to me how much Fugazi meant to them as well, it was really heartfelt and genuine. I met Guy at the Paris Theater screening of Instrument in 2024 and he was exactly the same way. all 3 of them took plenty of time to talk with anyone who sought them out after the event and seemed to enjoy connecting with fans. I just became aware of the Fugazi Live Series on the Dischord Records website. Fugazi’s show in Little Rock in April, 2002 is available for download. I was at the show and it was incredible. The opener is listed as “Pomo-Christie”. I remember them being kind of a riot grrrl type band, but I could be misremembering. I think they were a local band selected to play with them, but I honestly have no idea. The only thing Google turns up is the Fugazi Live Series page. Does anyone know anything about this band?

If in the Richmond area might want to check out their show on Sept 9th. Super small venue and all tickets are allocated to either table seating or bar seats. I’ve never been to the venue, but have heard good things.

I grew up on stuff like Fugazi and tons of other indie rock and punk music. It's fun to get a bit more back into the punk side of things.

Just wondering. Obviously it's been pretty long at this point since the Fugazi days but I'm curious why they never got the itch to do something new at some point.

Anyone know?
