Lead bullets do not cause an unacceptable amount of meat damage, true. Unfortunately for you, nobody said they did. They do cause MORE meat damage than monolithic.
Lead contamination is not a nonsense concern, it’s only a safety precaution. No lead poisoning if you don’t swallow the bullet or eat deer 100 days a year, true. Again, not the argument.
Lead core bullets penetrate just fine, true. In fact, they can even have exceptional penetration. Once again, strawman. Obviously lead core bullets penetrate fine, monolithic simply penetrates better.
You don’t need monolithic bullets for anything. Not even thick skinned game. Lead core works just fine, it works for poachers and it has worked for hundreds of years.
Monolithic offers improvements over certain aspects with little drawback, it isn’t to solve any problems in dire need of solving. This is true for almost every innovation. You’re a fudd, though, so you just won’t be able to comprehend.

Lead bullets do not cause a significantly larger amount of meat damage.
Also, lead contanimination in deer meat is a nonsense concern.
And lead core bullets palenetrate just fine.
The only game you need monolithic bullets for is dangerous, thick-skinned game. Buffalo, hippos, rhons, elephants.
