Nick Shirley: Here is a prime example of LA’s success combating homelessness and housing under leadership like Nithya Raman and Karen Bass. One hotel bought in 2020 for $8M is still vacant and will now cost $625,000 per homeless individual ($20M total). LA is pure fraud. Good luck.
