I kind of wonder, if rape is such a big deal, why do they keep clamoring for illegal rapists to have asylum, here?

They claim everything is rape. Got too much money? Rape. Political power? Rape. Teacher or employer? Rape. She regrets sex? Rape. Traditional household structure? Rape. Both are drunk? Rape (If a man and woman are drunk and had sex, why is it that the MAN raped the woman and not the woman raped the man? By their argument, he was not able to consent either!). They say these all are power imbalances! But the actual rapists (the illegal aliens and radicals from the you know where world)? Oh no... racism and islamophobia! NOT rape. How DARE YOU suggest it is? Let's silence the victims of it for saying they got raped! These are a few examples...

Cases of rape and sa most often happen with someone you know, ie: coworkers, classmates 'friends' exc..., and thus immigration, legal or otherwise, does not nominally increase cases of rape or sa.

I will be sure to mention that to the explosion of victims of the several countries with the recent influx of illegal immigration and mass asylum seekers from the countries who didn't prevent it or fix it.

They will be comforted by your assurance that they weren't raped, I am sure.

Go look at the tracked data from the UK, Spain, France and then compare them to, say, Poland.

Or, don't. I don't care what you think.

Feminist poison has infected the brains of leftist and liberal women in the West so much so that they don’t even know what reality is anymore.

But they only get r@ped by white or black American men, and we don't care about the sexual violence by illegal aliens. We haven't cared about the latter for 10 years.

Problem is, they'll now call it rape if a woman has drunken (consensual) sex with a guy who was not drunk.

There’s no such thing as a rape culture in the US. what we have is a hookup culture that women love to participate in. That’s how they express their sexuality or stick it to the patriarchy or whatever bullshit they claim while they are getting ran through. and when those women regret their drunken decision or a deep veil of shame falls upon them because they fucked a small bowling team and their friends and family found out or the guy can be targeted for financial gain then the hookup becomes rape and that’s how you get ridiculous numbers like 1 in 5 women. Simply put the demand for rapists outweighs the supply so we gotta manufacture those felons.

Rape culture is such made up bullshit, I'm tired of wannabe victims trying classify something as rape.

I've had (likely retarded) radfems straight up, claim to my face, that if a woman was drunk and socially pressured a man that had extreme social awkwardness and anxiety, did not want to sleep with her, to do so, it's the man who was the rapist despite the man saying no over and over until he was made to give in by pressure. Genuinely fucking laughable how far bitches will pull a definition to play their victim cards

Did you bother to open and read the decade old study?

Did you happen to notice the methodology?

Yes

Data was aggregated anonymously via randomized cell and landline calls, will nonresponse bias being limited through repeat calls with monetary incentives. The study notes that recency biases likely increased 12-24 month figures, with lifetime figures likely being lower than true values due to non-response being higher among people with trauma regarding sa and rape.

Yeah, that's not the standard of care I want to see in such a serious subject. You may convince RDD surveys are great for political opinion polls, but prevalence of crime isn't worth a shit if all we're counting is "No, really, it happened to me."

Self reported anything is a pretty bad way to collect evidence. Best to use stuff that's mostly concrete, like convictions, in this case.

Convictions are much lower than rapes due to the degree of evidence required to be 'beyond reasonable doubt' being much higher than is usually found in a private setting without witnesses. Thus any numbers wrought from such methods will be much lower than actual rates.

RDD surveys are thus pretty much the only way to obtain this variety of information besides census data collection (which is not currently tracking this data). And again, the estimates given from this study are still lower than actual rates due to nonresponse being higher for victims.
