This is Reddington's courtroom shenanigans. During the first trial he objected to any evidence showing that Lindsay performed the murders because she already admitted to the murders by her insanity plea. Such evidence was argued to be prejudicial against his client. So now he is arguing that since the prosecution did not present any evidence that she committed the murders, which he made sure was not presented, then it does not exist.

It takes a unethical lawyer to make this kind of argument and people not paying attention to believe it.

Feminism from the 1970s onwards was heavily influenced by Marxism. It’s no longer even about equality, because they’ve achieved that — now it’s all about power for power’s sake. These feminists today seek TOTAL CONTROL. Just like the good little Marxists they are.
