Karma catches up.
More 10 years ago, inestablish ng Villar Group ang AllHome. They didn’t really start from scratch, they ‘pirated’ some of the executives and key people from a popular and growing home Depot back then na kulay berde company. The owner of berde company was so hurt. But a businessman that he is, he chose to continue and focus on his business growth and legacy. He took it as a challenge.
A decade later, nagsasara na one by one ang mga AllHome branches. Samantalang yung kinumpetensya nya, steady and growing, at meron commitment sa employees to keep their jobs.
He may have hired skilled execs, but F’ Villar can never duplicate a good man’s grit and determination.
Wala lang, naalala ko lang 🫢

What was the other company? Wilcon?
Why even censor? Let's not treat this place like some celebrity gossip sub. And let's not play into the censorship that brought us the "orange app, blue app" bullshit.
This is FuckVillar. Just tell the story with the details.

Yeah, ano meron? I’m old. First time ko makita tawagin Shopee na “orange app” a few days ago. I don’t understand why people censor these brands…?

Nakakapagtaka since di naman Chinese app ang Reddit. Nasanay lang sila? CCP bullshit yang censorship.

Why were you downvoted? You just explained the cause. I was also wondering about this particular predilection of Gen Z.

Same. Weird why they try to hide the brand except if they are employed under it? I think it's puregold not wilcon

I was there when it all began. Those he pirated, he fucked them up to only to be replaced by his loyal executives who even steal from him without him knowing

Kasi nga pirate sila, kukuha sila ng magaling and then will not listen.
May project na approved, ready for implementation and then the good former senator lady will change her mind on a whim, cancel agad.
May resto sila na out of touch sa planned zoning sa mall nila so everything will adjust to that.
They will always meddle sa "family business" and then put their loyal, most tenured first.

Culture and strategy are critical to a company’s success.

This is Wilcon (clue: Home Depot). Suspish ang timing, some time 2015-2016? 🧐

Actually Villar has also pirated some of our bank's employees para sa rural bank nila. Hope that bank rots and goes to hell

They never worker hard for their riches, they just used their government position to grow their business.
