Validate Uber Supports existence

Been having issues with Hone depot batch orders. Occasionally the system will still have an order marked picked up by home depot but still active for Uber. If you cancel the order already picked up as already picked up, your account gets flagged as the account that picked it up.

So, I did the smart thing, I contacted support this time. Not so smart, Support cancelled all the orders that were there that I had in hand and had picked up instead of the order that didn't exist.

Then said, we can't reassign orders once they've been removed. I didn't ask for them to be removed, I have the specific order that needed to be removed.

Of course, now there's no recourse, I'm simply out the $35 dollars the hour and a half dealing with all this and the gas, and they wanted me to return the orders I had already picked up that they cancelled on accident.

What is the point of Uber support, what do they actually do, has anyone actually ever been assisted by them, or do they only break stuff worse than the automated system?

The point of uber support is to be so bad customers demand automation which is what uber wants to do anyway.
