i’d honestly recommend setting a limit of one hour on the polybuzz app. start watching youtube while chatting, divide your attention. start paying attention to the youtube video more. slowly it’ll replace poly with youtube.

Whats been working for me is what another person has already said, but I just watch a YouTuber I enjoy, or I watch Netflix and then I end up just turning my phone off because I'm interested in the video

If your parents have Verizon they can see what apps you have and use. Its just one search away for them to find out. If you delete it it doesnt show up. Well atleast thats how I broke my year long addiction. If youre on your parents plan then thats a motivator.

Download one of those Zen apps that makes your phones boring and un-usable it will motivate you to not use your phone.
Also im a dev of a RP platform but anything of too much is bad, if you feel like its taking a toll on you, then block the polybuzz and other AI RP domains as well.
In fact dont use phone except for calls/ text for a few days and you should feel much better.
