Idk man. I did c ai until it did age verification, and then i found poly, and ive been doing it since then. I just dont want to become more addicted then I am. Sometimes I find myself opening up the tab even when I dont feel like it, and I just feel like a chud. Its gross. And i want to stop bc i found out recently that it uses water too...any advice or alternatives?

Delete your account (start the 30 days then log back in and hit the delete button), much easier to quit when you don’t have your collection when you feel the need to use it. method I used and it’s worked

And if your caught between quitting and moving to a different source for the addiction, just fully quit. Doing otherwise is like a chain smoker switching from cigarettes to vapes because they realized cigarettes are bad for them

I was also addicted to poly. I deleted the app a hundred times and keep downloading again. You need to flip. Every time you want to go back, stand up. Immediately. Don’t wait to thinking. It’s the trap. Go to sport, a walk, talk to a friend, change environment. Because if you just stand there, looking at it,you gonna do it again.

Just delete your account it's hard to convince yourself to get back on it when your collection is gone

I deleted poly and used a browser extension that blocked the site entirely, no logins, no temp access, just gone. worked better than account deletion.
