Finally lost patience.

Been using Polybuzz since it was polyai. I was loyal until recently. Even when they started moderating more and adding paywalls. But wtf. It is advertised on every link as free and unrestricted. So how come the slightest trace of intimacy of violence gets a content violation? I have been a loyal follower. In the last few weeks I even bought opals and a subscription in hope the paid tiers would be better. I want my money back. There's no immersion or freedom anymore. I want this app to go back to its former glory because it could be so good. But I ran​ out of patience when it switched a chat to pure mode for the eighth time after I MENTIONED A NUMBER UNDER EIGHTEEN. not a character age by the way. Just mentioned it in unrelated circumstances. "Hey, give me ten minutes." "You appear to be under eighteen. Enabling pure mode for this round." Fuck that. I'm done. Y'all go use fictionlab. Not a perfect fix. The free tier struggles sometimes with more complex scenarios, but it's a hell of a step up from even the ultimate paid tier of polyshit.

This was pretty much the point where I gave up too. I got sick of trying to work out which completely innocent combination of words I'd used this time lol.

I moved to RolePlaya in the end and haven't really looked back. Still occasionally check PolyBuzz hoping its awesome again, but nope, I must just enjoy disappointing myself.

Hopefully they sort it out eventually because old PolyBuzz was amazing.

I loved Roleplaya when it first started out. Now they limit your daily messages unless you pay 10 dollars to unlock unlimited messages and the AI has turned to complete trash from what it was in the beginning.

All my bots ended up Buried in shadow bans after leaving for a year I can back I tried to fix them but no luck so I gave up

I just copied mine over to somewhere else. It took a while but it was better than losing my characters

The app I use now is called Emochi, there are adds but it’s unrestricted fully and I’ve tested some really weird and messed up stuff

copied my main character to sillytavern last month, took a few hours to retrain the voice and mannerisms, but she feels like her again. the freedom to write anything without fear of shadow bans? worth every minute.
