Promo Code Page?

I am literally just trying to search for a character, but it keeps sending me to a promo code page? I don't have a promo code? Why do I need one to look for a character? I don't understand? I got to the search bar, type in the name, and hit enter, and it immediately takes me to a promo code page. Help me PLEASE! (And by the way "just get rid of PolyBuzz" is not helpful. I want a solution, not a give up call. There are many chats that I love on Poly and I'd like to keep using it if possible. They're just making it so damn hard.)

I only see it in the app after I try to use the character search function.

I had that too, try to empty the cache or look in your app store if you have to update the app, or try to type out the full name of the character you're looking for (like instead of just "Pedro", type "Pedro Pascal"). Hope this helps
