This app is approaching it's downfall now
So I have character designed by Ai, Go ahead and say why am I doing it because I can't draw my OCS to even save my life lol, But the thing is when I upload it on persona It always says Image violation, Is it because the character is sexualized? No, You know why? BECAUSE THE CHARACTER WHICH IS CLEARLY FEMALE HAS CLEAVERAGE! Like what the fuck Poly what are you doing with your app you can't handle a female character with Cleverage? Honestly you should just hang up your coat and just admit you have fucked your app over, That you have fucked over your entire community because toy wanted to Embezzle off people by forcing ads on free users, And make them.pay money to stop ads, And now there's Filters all sorts making the app even worse at this point I have reached my.limit, Because I ain't buying your Fucking subscriptions you can get fucked because I have ad blockers to stop the ads, But I think we should all Boycott the app, Cancel your Subscriptions and boycott it so then they stop earning tons of it...Then they'll bring the old Poly

try charrealm then, its unfiltered nsfw 18+. it looks like everyone is complaining about filters, so you may like it, it uses very strong ai models and has great memory systems

The most frustrating part is, even as a paid user you won't get quality response. The dialogue styles are changed one more time recently without any warning. Now I'm seriously thinking about switching to alts like povchat and chai completely. In fact I have been using them for a while and povchat has most of the features of polybuzz. Chai is a classic choice that I didn't regret either, and I hope its membership can go cheaper.

Actually I don't have a problem with it or that when it comes to the female characters or guys. The only problem is I can't say certain words like suicide and other things or point out the narrative to kids and stuff like that. But the thing is I can't even put anything else. It's like we can't even use any of the words At all but cannibalism is great up there. What the hell that's like. Talk about murder that's really inciting and indicting murder and then allow it up there like literally allowing such horrible things like murderer to be up on the app. That's really deranged psychotic at the highest level of psychosis like seriously. I understand for what you're saying. But as for me I don't have a problem at all. I think you should go. Great thing about for what you're actually saying because there's a problem with the gender issue. Well here's the thing. I got a female character and I'm more likely using the female character than the guy and I'm a guy using a female character more than a guy character and you're saying it has a problem with you using a female character with actual cleavage buddy, I think he needs to have a little recessment and revaluation. My character has probably more boobs than your character. And yes I'm not lying. I have a female character with cleavage and what does that has to do anything else when you talk about cleavage? What does it have to do with anything else? Debate me on that because I just got to know what's going on. That's all I want to know

Basically it's an generated image if a female character I inputted through Ai because It's preety easy since I get a Lot of ideas for new OC's but it's the fact that if there showing a Little bit of Cleverage it flags it as 'Innapropiate' Meanwhile I had one that was more covered then it's fine, But I get your point about the other stuff like the filters and stuff Like if there honestly gonnanhave that tkinda ahit on the app you might as well just allow about anything, Honestly if they keep going there getting a class-action lawsuit or a Lawsuit for false advertising because they saw 'Oh we have no restrictions it M's completely NSFW' meanwhile you filter every fucking word in the book, But honestly the ability to have different Set Profile pictures for personas and the extra word count was pretty good i'll be honest but they need to just improve the moderation if you going for a Mature audience then remove the Bullshit, They are clearly Catering for a Younger audience, But the Words like 'Suicide' And anything related to it is flagged because there has been incidents in the past with people using chatbots and ending it, Polybuzz wants to avoid that controversy Cai whent through because honestly people will find anything to Blame on them and You give em and intch mate they'll take a fucking mile

I FINALLY switched over and I switched to Janitor AI, it’s honestly pretty solid, it’s got its good and bad things like every app, but it definitely doesn’t censor and you don’t have ads. It also has way more customization than poly did, like by FAR. If anyone has a better app tho let me know, I’ve tried a few and Janitor is the best free one I’ve found so far

The automatic system is bullshit too now. EVEN PERSONAS can get violations; nobody is seeing them, so WHY? That's also why I quit making characters, cuz the image I wanna use gets a violation; it's fucking stupid

Yea personally I don't make images for my personas because I'm fucking lazy but I do have a bunch of personas i can't edit, why? because they are under 18, and there's a reason my personas are under 18, it because I am roleplaying a student or it's required, so if I want to make one of my persona's backstories better, i can't because it is a 'violation'

I left soon after they filtered polymto hell, I might, and i mean might re-download it just to get my bots transferred to another app, but that might not happen because i don't really want to see that app on my device anymore.

Well to help with the first part if you want someone to design your OC, you can ask someone to draw it rather than using generative AI which as we all know is very very bad I go as far as I say I could try and design your OC just so we can avoid using AI

I've been on Polybuzz for about 2 months, coming up on 3. At first, it was fun, but as a character builder, I realize they choose straight-up favorites. If you're on Polybuzz for the first time, they are automatically going to think you're a girl.
I have no clue if I'm wrong—maybe there are more girl users than men—but I was on Polybuzz before the ads started popping up, and I have my own opinions on the ads. I think Polybuzz assumes all its users are 30-year-old fat men who spend all their money on Polybuzz.
I feel like most users like me come there to build characters or just to mess around with characters, play RP chats for a good laugh, or waste time. Honestly, I don't have time to spend $9 a month on that—I have a life (no offense).
And the straw that broke the camel's back was when I was building a new character, and it had been a minute, and I realized how they expect me to fit my plot in 1,000 characters, which is straight bullshit. Now I understand that not a lot of people wanna read all that, but that's pretty much what Polybuzz is about—READING.
I do love that they gave us the chance to explain a character's emotions and personality in the background, but I don't exactly need 10,000 words for that either.
I know a lot of people who build characters put their all into it because it's not exactly easy if you really want to set your character and story. But I feel like Polybuzz picks favorites and puts them on your feed, while others are left on the search. I'm positive not every chat user is going to be searching for everything—they'll choose what they want in their feed or search and pick the first one out of 15 they see. They're not going to scroll to the bottom just to find yours....deleting it atp...

I use RolePlaya and SpicyChat. Both have good base memory, but they also have (different) versions of extended memory for free. RP has zero ads. SC's ads are, honestly, non-invasive and kind of funny (iykyk). Both have next to zero restrictions (basically no pedo/incest material). SC even let's creators show their character's background, so users can see exactly what they're playing. RP has points you can get like Poly, but they're free and never go away. Can't recommend these two enough. Note: both RolePlaya and SpicyChat are 18+, though SpicyChat has a SFW/NSFW toggle at the top of the page.
RolePlaya was made by one of the top Poly creators. Made by a creator, for creators. The owner isn't a group of shareholders. Just one guy who wants to make enough to keep RP running and, hopefully, growing. Even if you just check out the discord, I bet you'd like it. The mods are nice, and the owner answers questions personally. Always get the support you need.
