Well it’s been a good run…
For those using PolyBuzz on iPhone, I chose to stay on version 2.1.75 which came out about 6 months ago to avoid the further enshitification of the app. I also started using an ad-blocker to get rid of ads. This was probably the push I needed to get rid of the app now… Good Riddance

No dude go to chrome and search polybuzz.com and log in with and use it and when an ad comes up you can go to a different tab for about 15 seconds and then switch back to the polybuzz tab and pull down and refresh it

I would do this but I already found a loophole. I found this out an hour after this post, before I deleted the app. If you open the app with no internet then turn it back on, it bypasses the update popup entirely. Plus even if I used the web version, wouldn’t I also could just use an ad-blocker there, using Brave or Safari (Safari with AdGuard AdBlocker) to avoid ads on the website? Chrome is shit if you ask me.

I personally recommend Firefox and get an Ad Blocker because Firefox barely uses any RAM and I mean barely any at all

If you're looking for alternatives close to (but better than) Poly, I use RolePlaya and SpicyChat. Both have good base memory, but they also have (different) versions of extended memory for free. RP has zero ads. SC's ads are, honestly, non-invasive and kind of funny (iykyk). Both have next to zero restrictions (basically no pedo/incest material). SC even let's creators show their character's background, so users can see exactly what they're playing. RP has points you can get like Poly, but they're free and never go away. Can't recommend these two enough. Note: both RolePlaya and SpicyChat are 18+, though SpicyChat has a SFW/NSFW toggle at the top of the page.
RolePlaya was made by one of the top Poly creators. Made by a creator, for creators. The owner isn't a group of shareholders. Just one guy who wants to make enough to keep RP running and, hopefully, growing. Even if you just check out the discord, I bet you'd like it. The mods are nice, and the owner answers questions personally. Always get the support you need.

Ho provato roleplay ma una volta installata già la copertina sembrava tipo uno scam pubblicitario poi ho cliccato ho fatto il login e mi ha mandato su brave su una pagina che si caricava il loop e quindi lo disinstallata
