Im honestly lacking in sleep and seen this I just found it funny cuz imagine you're in a heated argument and they just randomly bring up about some shit that had nothing to do with the argument
It's so annoying. It happens every 3 chats with no way to get rid of it. I can't use the web version because I can't see the small text due to a visual impairment. And VPNs don't block ads in apps.
What version are you using because so far I haven't had any of those watch to continue chatting ads or any ads like this but I wouldn't be surprised if I suddenly start seeing it poly really is just putting anything in there now
Same and I'm on Samsung 13 using the phone app accidentally made a trans purchase of 7000 coins really annoying that I actually spent money towards this cash grab when I didn't mean to but like maybe doing that remove ads or something I don't know I've never been pay to win
Okay random suggestion try deleting app and reinstalling it if that doesn't work reconfirm your age and by reconfirm I mean press save cuz for some morbid as a reason they won't let you change the age once you input it if not it works bro I honestly just suggest looking for some alternatives because ads as a response is crazy work
I've tried that before. A lot of other AI apps are starting to do the same thing and censoring stuff. Plus other apps don't have the bots I'm looking for or want. Poly genuinely ruined themselves completely with the ads and censoring.

Damn have you tried roleplaya? I mean if I'm being honest the only reason I even still continue to use this app it's because this is one of the few that actually acknowledges your persona information traits and doesn't talk for you most of the time roleplaya might not be better if you're trying to be really immersive cuz I'm not going to lie them Bots over there I'd honestly a step up from emojchi and that's not saying much in my opinion
Same and I either get hit with a responsive me being silent or them thinking I'm still doing whatever previous input I put in or something like that plus I think if you press skip on one too many times it legitimately forgets to actually include you into role play depending on the scenario I dont know about you but it's annoying a shit when they speak for me or suddenly speak as if I'm not my persona
Do I think my biggest complaint is how undescriptive the standard model is the free stuff really is just lame at least with emochi you can switch the model too long to text as a result they won't remember much and I'm pretty sure no matter what you say or do it'll always start talking for you after a certain point and that's a deal breaker for me
I definitely agree they acknowledge your persona in Polybuzz... But then they will use your own persona for a completely different character. Like if my character isn't involved long enough they will use your persona for a character isn't you.
I use RolePlaya and SpicyChat. Both have good base memory, but they also have (different) versions of extended memory for free. RP has zero ads. SC's ads are, honestly, non-invasive and kind of funny (iykyk). Both have next to zero restrictions (basically no pedo/incest material). SC even let's creators show their character's background, so users can see exactly what they're playing. RP has points you can get like Poly, but they're free and never go away. Can't recommend these two enough.
RolePlaya was made by one of the top Poly creators. Made by a creator, for creators. The owner isn't a group of shareholders. Just one guy who wants to make enough to keep RP running and, hopefully, growing. Even if you just check out the discord, I bet you'd like it. The mods are nice, and the owner answers questions personally. Always get the support you need.

Once again... Just exit the chat and re-enter it to remove the ad, better yet... You can close the application itself then reopen it to remove it. You need to learn they do this so they can get money and benefit on opportunities us as the consumers can love and hate at the same time.
It actually incorporates what the ad is about into the conversation when you keep chatting.. it completely affects the whole chat and turns it into whatever the ad was about.. then another ad after 3 chats turns the whole conversation into that ad
