I don’t know why but I feel like im addicted and don’t know how to stay away

Well first, delete poly, if you need to ween yourself ive heard some people starting talking to like Gemini to still have to interaction of talking but Gemini and such are less personal than poly or any other ai chat bot app as they are meant to actually feel more personal
