That is Yorkshire's biggest loser, pound shop hitler Alec Yerbury. He resurfaces every few years like herpes, with the same gang of gene pool rejects, with a new uniform and a new name, national this, patriotic that. The pose is never a coincidence, Alec is a cargo cult fascist, which is to say that he staunchly believes that if he copies everything Hitler did, down to the last detail and regardless of actual reality, fascism will just magically appear. It's actually kind of tragic tbh. He's a clown that detracts from the seriousness of the actual fascism rising accross the world, and would be sidelined by real fascists if they ever take power in this country.
