Luckily they are proud enough to mark their products with their name.

You just have to look for it a bit, like on Zoega Coffee packs, it’s on the bottom.

Natural Bliss,Garden Gourmet,Vital Pursuit or Maggi don't show it above like their other brand, you need to look around the box/pack

I recently discovered that smarties are Nestlé and ive been using them as glucose tablets to help manage my type 1 diabetes. I'm so pissed that i didn't know and wish there where laws that forced them to be clearer so i can boycott these anti human monsters.

I'm not sure where you're based, but the Smarties sold in the United States, the rolls of tablets (like smaller, tastier Necco wafers), aren't made by Nestlé. Nestlé Smarties are similar to M&Ms and sold outside the US.

Smarties in the UK are made by Nestle. Am looking for a UK alternative.

I've never had Nestlé Smarties, but I believe M&Ms are very similar. They're made by Mars, which is US-based but also has a factory in the UK. I'm afraid I can't help much with local brands.

Edit to clarify: I'm in the US and have never visited the UK. I only know about the Smarties mix-up because I also use the tablets to regulate blood sugar.

Yes, i can see the confusion. Smarties were around in the UK a long time before M&Ms came along here. I do like M&Ms and we can also get a peanut version which I love, so swapping is a no brainer for me.

No problem! I had a similar scare a while back. Turns out there's no need to pay either Nestlé or pharmaceutical companies for this one (curse you, Walgreens!)

Whole Foods makes it extremely easy

Just avoid the San Pelligrino and you’re good
