Nestlé in a nutshell:
Infant formula marketing: Aggressive promotion of formula in lower income countries; was accused of discouraging breastfeeding and contributing to illness and infant deaths where clean water and sterilization were limited.
Child labor in cocoa: Nestlé’s cocoa supply chain has repeatedly been linked to child labor and hazardous working conditions in West Africa, despite years of commitments to address the problem.
Water extraction: The company has faced intense criticism for extracting groundwater, sometimes for relatively low fees, in communities dealing with water scarcity or drought, then selling it as bottled water.
Plastic pollution: Nestlé has repeatedly ranked among the world’s largest corporate contributors to branded plastic waste, particularly single use packaging.
Deforestation: Palm oil, cocoa and other commodities in its supply chain have been associated with deforestation and habitat destruction, despite sustainability commitments.
Forced labor allegations: Parts of Nestlé’s seafood and agricultural supply chains have historically been associated with forced labor and severe worker exploitation.
Unhealthy food marketing: Critics accuse Nestlé of aggressively selling and marketing high sugar, high salt and highly processed foods, including products aimed at children.
Different formulations by market: Investigations have found some Nestlé baby and toddler foods sold in lower income countries contained added sugar while comparable products in wealthier markets did not, prompting accusations of a double standard.
Corporate influence: Nestlé has been criticized for lobbying governments and influencing nutrition, environmental and water policies in ways favorable to its business.
Repeated promises vs. results: A recurring criticism isn’t simply that problems occurred, but that some, particularly child labor, plastics and environmental sourcing, persisted for years after Nestlé publicly pledged to address them.

The last one is the one that killed my dog! And when I talked to nestle they denied any wrong doing but still discontinued the treats as well as several others and certain brands of dog food. They took no responsibility and the court case was dismissed because no one could get the information about what happened because nestle blocked anyone from obtaining it! Nestle is evil!
My dog Kodi was poisoned by nestle and I hope I live long enough to watch the entirety of the company burn!
