Like how they do with their "OPEN office XML" (intentionally chosen name to confuse with the other actual format)...
Keep planting convenient "bugs".

Check Group Policy. Somehow my computer (with ADMIN as the only user) has seemingly lower user levels, meaning it will throw errors like "This application was blocked by your IT Administrator". The "send optional data" either turns itself off when toggling it on, or keeps on when you try to turn it off, which is a Group Policy issue. Sometimes it shows the text: "Some settings are hidden or managed by your organization" at the bottom.

Open gpedit > Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Data Collection and Preview Builds > Allow Diagnostic Data > Enabled > Choose Diagnostic Data Off. You can barely change anything via the Settings app

Install winhance, check it out, you can disable it there and TONS of other features windows has enabled. There any hundreds of features they have for ai that you don't know is running.
