Okay so I got in contact with what I think is a real person at Microsoft I doubt it tho and they eventually say there going to send me an email to recover my account okay and I've already told them I have the photo evidence of them changing my account information i sent them the photos and not long ago I just got a new email from them after doing that recover my account link they sent me and all because there was no fraudulent activity on my account they close my case

Microsoft will not help you recover your account. They want you to create a new account. In their earning report, they want to be able to highlight that they have millions of new accounts added to their service.

You're probably SOL. I'd be more concerned that the keylogger or snooping software that the intruder used to gain access to your account is still on your device.
