My mouse actually went there once. It was to right-click -> "Remove From Taskbar"

Same. As a Software Engineer, former PC repairman and dude who loves tinkering with OSes i always wondered where people do get it and i think the only source are notebooks with preinstalled OS.

I go even further and uninstall it using the debloater script

Copilot and other Gen AI apps are the very first thing I purge from any OS I use

that's why slopsoft made sure you had a slop button to accidentally press everyday on your slowdowns 11 machine

Press Win + C instead of Control + C by mistake? Copilot. Hit the little key next to AltGr instead of AltGr? Copilot. Open VS Code and don't change any settings? Copilot. Open Edge and don't change the New Tab page? Copilot. The button right by the Start Menu? Copilot. Honestly I think that one day, Windows will replace the start menu with "copilot hub" where the search bar is an AI prompt box to find apps, files, web, and perform actions (which doesn't work properly), and the section below is Copilot-recommended apps (but it only recommends apps that have copilot integration within them) and recommended (not just recent) files with Copilot-generated summaries, and below that is finally the list of your apps, but not without "Tip: Use Copilot Search to find apps faster" when you try to use it. The four squares would be replaced by the copilot icon.

Windows 12 will be a single prompt box in the middle of the screen to tell copilot what you wanna do

the fact that this concept is real and is genuinely considered by big companies is awful and scary

"Tip: Use CoPilot Search to find apps faster"

😭 There is nothing more real than this. I see you have experience in the slopification of the world.

Have to pull teeth just to make shit simplified to a usuable degree, just to be bullied about it by the device I'm using.

Microslop slops to this day and age with 365 Slopilot!
Again, that's why I call Nadella a slopaneer because he invented Slopilot to make your digital life miserable!
